Get help and open a support ticket.
The documentation covers product behavior and common operational workflows. When a problem is specific to your team or requires account access, open a private support ticket from the dashboard.
Check the affected resource's latest operation, relevant logs, and troubleshooting guide. Preserve exact timestamps and IDs so support can correlate the request with platform activity.
Sign in, open Support, and choose New ticket. Select the closest department and include:
Do not send API tokens, agent tokens, bootstrap commands, private SSH keys, database passwords, environment secrets, storage credentials, or webhook signing secrets. Support can ask you to rotate or re-enter a value through the appropriate encrypted product flow.
Ticket conversations, state, and history remain private to the team. Return to Support → Your tickets to reply, close a resolved request, or reopen a closed or resolved ticket for up to 30 days. Archived tickets cannot be reopened.
If a report could expose another customer's data or requires coordinated disclosure, do not put proof-of-concept details in a public issue. Open a private ticket with a concise impact summary and request the security escalation path.
