Route operational events to your team.
Events describe durable changes in servers, applications, deployments, backups, monitors, certificates, and managed resources. Alert-channel selection decides which events should interrupt a person.
Common operational events include:
Create email, Slack, or Discord alert channels and test each destination. Uptime monitors select the channels that should receive their transitions; other operational events use the platform's event and notification fanout rules.
The notification center keeps account-specific notices and read state. Browser realtime tells an open dashboard when the canonical notification list changed; it does not replace the stored notification.
Machine consumers should use signed webhooks. Webhook deliveries are independent from human notifications and retain response status, attempt count, and delivery state.
